How will the charge appear on my credit card statement ?
The charge will appear as NF Enterprises.
 
  I'm not sure I will like a product. Do you offer sample sizes?
Yes! We realize not all products work for everyone and we do want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we do sell samples of almost all our products so that you may test products prior to purchasing full-size bottles. Please note that sample sizes are large enough for you to test for any negative reactions and to see how you like the texture of the product. Samples may not last long enough to determine if you are receiving any benefit from the product, as this may take several weeks, depending on the product being tried.

  What are the shipping costs and when will my order ship?
Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $6.95.Orders will ship by USPS Priority mail and Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.Most orders should arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped. If you need your order even faster, please write and we can arrange a rush order and even overnight delivery if desired.
   
  What about international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally by Global Priority for the low price of only $14.95 per order. Priority Mail generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the order has been shipped and assuming Customs does not hold up your order. Your order will be shipped as a commercial sample or gift to avoid duties or taxes. You will receive an email notice and a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please note tracking is only delivery confirmation and does not provide details until the item has arrived in your country. You may track packages at www.usps.com.


   
  What is the return policy?
Unopened, full-sized products will be accepted for full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Defective or damaged products may also be returned for an exchange of like kind or full refund within 14 days of receipt.

In all cases, you must email and request authorization before any return or exchange will be accepted. Thank you for helping to keep our prices so low!
